For Individuals with ADHD

Reclaim Focus, Presence, and Purpose: ADHD Therapy for Individuals and families navigating their diagnosis, I offer a free 15-minute intro call so you can take the first step without pressure. I meet in-person in Pleasanton, CA or virtually throughout California. If you’re ready to invest in each other again, I’d be honored to support your journey forward.

You’ve built a career around high performance, but behind the scenes, ADHD may be driving cycles of overwhelm, emotional reactivity, and disconnection. You’re not broken—you’re navigating a brain that’s wired differently in a world that rarely makes space for that. Therapy is designed to help you understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and lead with clarity and intention.

Together, we’ll explore how ADHD impacts your leadership, relationships, and sense of self—and build tools to help you thrive:
  • Identify and shift stress-reactive patterns that affect your team and relationships
  • Explore how impulsivity, emotional intensity, or executive dysfunction show up in your work
  • Build strategies for time management, emotional regulation, and relational repair
  • Unpack the shame or grief that often comes with late diagnosis
  • Create a life that honors your strengths and supports your neurodivergent needs

You don’t have to keep pushing through. You deserve support that meets you where you are—with clarity, compassion, and real solutions.

ADHD doesn’t just affect one person—it touches every corner of family life. Whether your teen was recently diagnosed or you’re coming to terms with your own late-in-life discovery, you may be feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy offers a space to understand ADHD as a different way of experiencing the world—not a flaw—and to build connection through compassion and clarity.

Your family deserves support that sees the whole picture—not just the symptoms.

We’ll work together to support your family’s unique rhythm and needs:
  • Strengthen communication and reduce conflict between parents and teens
  • Understand emotional regulation challenges and build supportive routines
  • Navigate school systems, family dynamics, and neurodivergent needs with confidence
  • Process the grief of missed diagnoses and the impact on relationships
  • Create space for honesty, healing, and connection across generations

Supporting Your Neurodivergent Family: Therapy for ADHD in Teens & Adults

You worked hard to get here—maybe you landed the promotion, launched the business, or finally stepped into the role you dreamed about. But now you’re sitting with a quiet question: Is this it?

The stress it took to arrive is starting to spill into your personal life. You feel disconnected from your relationships, your purpose, maybe even yourself. The drive that once fueled you now feels more like pressure. And the fulfillment you expected? It’s missing.

Therapy offers a space to pause, repair, and realign. We’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and help you build a way of living and leading that feels more balanced, intentional, and true to you.

Individual Therapy

You’re stuck in the same fight. Or maybe you’re not fighting at all. You are tired of just walking on eggshells, sitting in silence and feeling miles apart in the same room.

You might be questioning whether this relationship can work. Maybe you’ve considered separating—not because you don’t care, but because you can’t seem to get back to the way things were.

It can get better! You just need someone to call out these unhelpful patterns and guide you through tools that you have not been taught. Let’s get you back to enjoying time together. You remember what made you fall in love with this person—even if lately, it’s been hard to see.

Couples Therapy

ADHD doesn’t look the same in everyone. For some, it’s missed deadlines and mental clutter. For others, it’s emotional reactivity, forgetfulness, or a constant sense of falling short. It can be hard to track what’s showing up, when, and why—and even harder to explain it to the people around you.

I help individuals and families make sense of ADHD in real life. We’ll explore the patterns, build practical tools, and strengthen the awareness it takes to navigate these dynamics with care.

Whether you’re leading a team or parenting a teen, ADHD doesn’t have to define your story. With deeper understanding comes less frustration—and more compassion, confidence, and resilience.

Investing in Your Healing, Growth, and Relationships

Therapy is more than a weekly appointment—it’s a commitment to yourself, your relationships, and your long-term well-being. I view our work together as a collaborative investment: one where your emotional safety, clarity, and growth are prioritized with care and intention.

Sessions are structured to meet your unique needs, whether you're navigating trauma, relational repair, ADHD-related challenges, or simply seeking deeper alignment with your values. I reserve your time with purpose and prepare thoughtfully outside of session—through continued training, resource curation, and clinical planning—so you receive the highest quality care.

Session: $225 per 60-minute session for individuals and $375 per 90-minute session for families. Sessions are scheduled weekly and coordinated depending on your therapeutic goals.

Weekly therapy isn’t always enough. And for many of my clients, it’s not even possible. That’s why I offer extended sessions that can customized to meet you needs. Inquire if extended session may be right for you!
  • 90 - minute $325 for individuals
  • 3 - hour  $650 for individuals, $750 for couples/families
When you choose to work with me, I commit to showing up fully—for you, your story, and your goals. I ask that you bring the same commitment to your healing. Together, we’ll build something meaningful.

Insurance: I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement. I can provide a superbill to support your claims, and tools like Thrizer may simplify the process.
